Hello, I'm Laurie from New York and welcome to MerGirl44!

Let me start by explaining the name Mergirl44. Since I was a little girl I've loved mermaids and have collected them for years (way too many to count). So I decided to name my company Mergirl44. MER for mermaid, GIRL for me and 44 is my favorite number.

Every item is designed by me, and my two little hands. I have always strived to dress and be a unique person, that is why I started sewing and making clothing and accessories. When I wear my merchandise people ask me where did I get it? When I tell them that I made it, they ask me how they can get it.

Well here it is, I really hope you like it!
